Calvi is a real treat when it comes to festivities. Although there aren’t many known annual events, the town makes up for it with the high quality of the events. So look forward to them, especially the fireworks display in May.

Festival of the Wind
Info: More than 600 artists, scientists and athletes gather in Calvi at the Hotel Balagne to share their expertise at the annual Festival of the Wind. Le Festival du Vent seeks to combine art, sport and technology. Ambitious, but lots of fun as well.

Calvi Jazz Festival
Info: Bringing together class performers from Corsica and all over the globe, visitors can experience the pleasure of jazz as the sound of jazz accordion, electro jazz and the enthusiastic Brazilian rhythms drifts over the ancient ramparts of the 15th century Citadel.
